Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide to over 230 countries, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, and many more. International delivery times and rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Vaultier has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment to delivery.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
