Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you can follow it every step of the way.

Your Tracking Number

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Orders are typically dispatched within [INSERT — e.g. 1–2 business days] of payment confirmation.

How to Track

1. Open the shipping confirmation email from Vaultier.
2. Click the tracking link, or enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's website.
3. Follow your shipment through to delivery.

Haven't Received a Tracking Number?

If it's been longer than expected and you haven't received tracking details, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@vaultier-ca.com with your order number.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

All orders are fully insured in transit. If your shipment appears delayed or lost, email support@vaultier-ca.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
