Once your order ships, you can follow it every step of the way.
Your Tracking Number
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Orders are typically dispatched within [INSERT — e.g. 1–2 business days] of payment confirmation.
How to Track
- Open the shipping confirmation email from Vaultier.
- Click the tracking link, or enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's website.
- Follow your shipment through to delivery.
Haven't Received a Tracking Number?
If it's been longer than expected and you haven't received tracking details, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@vaultier-ca.com with your order number.
Delayed or Missing Shipments
All orders are fully insured in transit. If your shipment appears delayed or lost, email support@vaultier-ca.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
