Authenticity
Are your watches authentic?
Yes. Every watch we sell is an authenticated pre-owned timepiece that passes our verification process before it is listed. We never list a watch we have not verified.
Are you an authorized dealer?
No. Vaultier is an independent reseller of pre-owned watches. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any watch manufacturer. This independence allows us to curate across brands and focus entirely on authenticity and condition.
How do you authenticate watches?

Orders & Payment
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Will I receive the original box and papers?
This varies by piece. Each product listing specifies exactly what is included—such as original box, papers, and accessories. If anything is unclear, contact us before ordering.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of $280.00 and over via Canada Post Priority Guaranteed by 1pm. Orders under $280.00 ship for $4.90. Additional Canada Post options are available at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide to over 230 countries. International duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Is my order insured in transit?
Yes. All orders are fully insured from dispatch until delivery.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery, with free return shipping within Canada. The watch must be returned unworn beyond inspection, undamaged, and with all original packaging and documentation. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within.
